| COMING FROM I-75, take the I-16 cutoff and exit at Spring Street. Turn right on Spring, then left on Mulberry, which will be the second street after Riverside. Go to the second stoplight, which will be Second Street, and turn right. Immediately turn right again onto Cotton Avenue at the Confederate statue. Look for the black and white awning of Golden Bough Bookstore less than a block down on your right. | COMING FROM THE EAST ON I-16, take the Second Street exit, turn right and go across the bridge. | COMING FROM 129 (GRAY HIGHWAY), turn left on Second Street, which will be the first light after Shurling Drive. You will cross the bridge, and after the Courthouse at Mulberry Street, bear right onto Cotton Avenue, pass the Confederate statue on your left, and look for the black and white awning of Golden Bough Bookstore less than a block down on your right. | COMING FROM WARNER ROBINS, take Broadway into Macon, which merges with Houston Avenue and becomes Martin Luther King Boulevard. Turn right on Cherry Street at the new Children's Museum and Sports Hall of Fame. Go to Cotton Avenue, which will be the third street you come to, and turn right. Look for the black and white awning of Golden Bough Bookstore about a quarter block down on your left. | ||
| COMING FROM MERCER UNIVERSITY, take College Street from the main campus entrance to Forsyth Road and turn right. At the second light, just before the Medical Center, the left lane forks off and becomes Cotton Avenue. Cross Plum Street, turn right on Poplar Street at City Hall, then left on First Street, which will bring you back to Cotton Avenue on the other side of the park. Veer right onto Cotton, cross Cherry Street and look for the black and white awning of Golden Bough Bookstore about a quarter block down on your left. | COMING FROM WESLEYAN COLLEGE, take Forsyth Road/Vineville Avenue into town.
